We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Each watch is securely packaged and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely in your hands.
Do Seiko watches come with a warranty?
All new Seiko watches come with a limited manufacturer's warranty, typically covering movement defects and internal components for 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original condition with all tags and protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How should I maintain my Seiko automatic watch?
To ensure longevity, we recommend having your mechanical watch serviced every 3 to 5 years. Avoid exposing the watch to strong magnetic fields and ensure the crown is fully pushed in before water exposure.
Can I have the watch bracelet resized before shipping?
We currently ship watches with the factory-length bracelet. We recommend visiting a local professional jeweler for resizing to ensure a perfect fit for your specific wrist size.
