At Seiko Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return.

  Package Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
